Infogestione s.a.s. has been formed by the capital of its partners only, it doesn't benefit from government aids or funds, it doesn't depend on any "sponsor", it hasn't any other shareholder and any other company doesn't control it. Infogestione s.a.s. isn't member of any political and/or philanthropic association.

It acts by means of the proceeds that result from the sale of its researching, teaching, consulting and cultural services.
