Principles
The
researching and teaching activities of our cultural undertaking
are based on few self-determination principles, that constitute
our reason for existence.
The
work
When we speak about the "work", we mean the activity that allows
people to earn one's keeping and, meanwhile, to carry on one's
existential, introspective and social research, by means of
an exchange of results of abilities with the surrounding world.
An undertaking must allow the realization of this kind of activity.
The
culture
When we speak about the "culture", we mean the study aimed at
understanding every manifestation of the individual and social
human nature and of the surrounding world. We think that the
culture must be of, for and with everybody, meaning that it
can originate from everybody, that it can be the patrimony of
everybody and that it can be shared, handed on and learnt, according
to the will of everybody.
The
research
The research is the activity of searching, aimed at understanding
the human and social nature and the surrounding world, and based
on the application of the Galilean experimental method. This
researching activity is applied to the administration of our
undertaking itself.
The
study and the didactics
When we speak about " the study and the didactics ", we mean
a meeting of equals, who respect their life, difference and
dignity reciprocally. Carrying on these activities we must be
without prejudices, peace-loving, humble and well-disposed to
pay attention and learn what our interlocutors can teach us.
We must refrain from any proselytism, any judgement on the other
people's life, any claim to changing the behavior of anyone;
besides teaching the cultural topics, we must not intrude upon
somebody's life. We must carry on the teaching activities respecting
the rights and according to the law, being interested in the
other people's culture, honest, accurate and scientific. We
must always act according to the terms of our agreement defined
with the students, considering this bond as the first and constructive
basis of a fair relation between persons. This relation must
be always defined, clear, and well identifiable, so that, we
hope, it should easily lead to a sort of friendship characterized
by mutual respect and gratitude, thanks to our undertaking's
grounds, our management and our professional honesty.
Non-conformity
Every tangible and/or intangible activity, that we find not
corresponding to what is expressed above, shall be stopped and
annulled, without delay.
