Courses description

Each of our courses is organized in order to meet the real needs of every student, according to the different competences and required learning level of everyone. The following is the list of our courses, that have been programmed in order to achieve effective teaching results and to make students feel real protagonists of their classes.

1. On-line courses by Skype
Our on-line courses by Skype are organized by the web program Skype and use the Skype audio, video and chat services, so that you can easily attend your personalized Italian course while you are at home or office. They are not mere automatic on-line courses, on the contrary they are real courses, where you have a real teacher, who, after few minutes, will seem to be really in front of you. Our on-line courses can be individual or for little groups of students. To ask for an on-line course by Skype, you need to complete our Questionnaire and to select its button "On-line course by Skype".

2. Institutional Courses.
They can start in every period of the year. Everything is personalised: the beginning date, the program, the cultural topics, the complementary activities and the number of students. We always suggest the individual courses or the courses with an enrolment limited to five students.

3. Cultural Holidays.
During the year Programma Italiano offers the opportunity to learn Italian in several tourist resorts. Staying in their hotel, students can join a pleasant holiday to a "tailor made" course, being completely surrounded by the every day life and by the local cultural traditions.

4. "At Home" Courses.
They are for students who plan a long-term stay in Italy: where Programma Italiano is present, the courses "at home" are possible. They are right for busy people who are not able to fit their work to the classtimes; therefore our teachers can get them to their hotel, office or home, where classes can be arranged.

5. "I Corsi a Casa - Family Courses".
They are a peculiarity of Programma Italiano: students attend their personalised classes at their teacher-tutor house. The "Family Courses" teaching results have been tested for a long time, thanks to the face-to-face relation with the teacher. They optimise the time dedicated to the study and, meanwhile, give the opportunity to be completely surrounded by the everyday Italian life. In other words, classes take place in a professional teaching environment, with the add of a friendly and warm relation with the teacher.

6. "I Corsi a Casa - Family Courses hour by hour".
They are a variation of the Family Courses; they are for people who are not able to make a long-term program. They require, as the normal Family Courses, classes at the teacher's house, but hours are to be arranged, each time, by the teacher together with the students. These courses are very flexible, not stressing and their price is cheap (students pay each time, at the beginning of each class, except for the first one, when they pay also for their teaching aids), but, however, they require the greatest concentration on the Italian learning.

7. "Speaking Italian in the sitting room - Family Courses".
They are another variation of the Family Courses; they are for people who wish to keep on speaking Italian at a good level. These courses offer the same advantages as the Family Courses hour by hour, but they are particularly focused on practising dialogues and conversation. Besides they can be arranged everywhere Programma Italiano is present, outside or inside libraries, museums and in every special cultural, artistic and/or natural place.

8. International Courses.
They are courses that Programma Italiano organises abroad; in fact they can take place in other countries and at the foreign Clubs of Programma Italiano. As for the other courses, their programs are always personalized, but a minimum number of appliers is needed and to be decided each time, according to the requested requirements.

9. Business Courses.
They are for the staff of institutions and firms at their own Italian or foreign offices. Their method and program are to be decided each time, according to the precise requests of every company.

10. Entrance Courses.
They are preparatory courses and are intended for students who have to sit for the entrance exam of an Italian school or university. In order to meet special requests and needs of the students, Programma Italiano can also contact directly the Italian concerned institutions and arrange with them a suitable and aimed course for each student.

11. Seminars.
They can be in Italy and abroad. They offer students the opportunity to learn Italian language by exploring monographic topics. These courses are not suitable for beginners.

12. Specialisation Courses.
They are for people who need to achieve linguistic skills at high levels, in order to face successfully those tasks and activities that require a perfect knowledge of the Italian language and that refer to particular specialisations and/or researching fields.

13. Teaching Instruction Courses.
They are special courses that instruct, update and specialize those teachers who are not Italian but teach, or want to teach, the Italian language abroad.
