The
cultural department of INFOGESTIONE, among the activities of
Programma Italiano, is pleased to present
"The
cultural Sojourns by Programma Italiano".
We
came to the decision to offer such a personalised and involving
service of cultural divulgation because of the present style
of life and, in general, of the bad conditions of the cultural
activities. In fact, notwithstanding the skill and the irreplaceable
work of some cultural operators, that make divulgation by the
media means, we notice an irritating standardisation of the
cultural messages.
Thanks
to this standardisation it is possible, of course, to attract
a lot of people, but, on the other side, it sets a limit to
the time that the subjects involved should take to be studied
deeply.
Besides,
we have to consider other problems: many poor proposals and
a tourist system which offers travels limited to the sight,
without giving the possibility of understanding what people
see and visit.
We
think that visitors need a different respect, since they are
not only customers who pay to benefit from these kinds of services,
but they are also persons who merit to be helped to understand
what they see.
So,
thanks to the long experience matured in the socio-economic
research, in the business know-how making, and thank to the
experience of Programma Italiano in the teaching research and
application, we decided to propose personalised cultural sojourns
for small groups of people, in order to allow each visitor to
study, share and confront about the most interesting cultural
subjects, during the whole period of their sojourn.
On
our opinion, this process of personalisation, assimilation and
introspective projection of culture is fundamental for every
real learning.
So,

is of everybody, for everybody and with everybody.
Our
mission and our services
The
mission of the "Cultural Sojourns" program is to make a very
personalised didactic proposal about the prices, the stay and
the subjects, in order to allow a real, deepened and personalised
learning of the subjects selected by our Guests, so that they
are, and feel, the main reference of the sojourn: we don't want
that they feel like "wanderers" who have to expiate human cultural
gaps.
Our
Guests can ask our Public Relations Office, our "promoters"
in Italy and abroad, or, easily through internet, for our questionnaire.
While completing it, they can indicate their preferences about
the period, the duration, the place, the subjects, the service
level, the travel and stay formalities. Moreover, they can choose
among different subjects and sojourn plans proposed by our company.
They will be able to plan to stay in Italy, or abroad, during
whatever period of the year, with the purpose of learning or
"enjoying" our cultural offers, completely assisted, in an environment
where they will be enabled to attain, together with us, whatever
target they will decide, not only concerning culture, but also
their wellbeing and relaxation.
Of
course it is possible to learn Italian, or another useful language,
during the sojourns. We particularly insist upon the study of
Italian, or of another language, as it would allow our Guests
to meet the Italian and European culture more directly and meaningfully.

Our
organisation and prices
Our
organisation counts on the special personalisation, on the regular
assistance and on the possibility of the Guests to decide the
kind of sojourn they want, choosing among the offers of a program
planned expressly for them.
Our
Guests will be assisted by someone of Programma Italiano, after
their first informal and free request. This person will be a
real tutor and will have the responsibility of the sojourn.
The tutors will follow and assist our Guests till the end of
their sojourns. Besides, by means of our web site, people who
have not yet booked any sojourn, can take part in our free cultural
activities. In this way they could receive some suggestions
about what subject is interesting for a possible sojourn and,
finally, they could decide the most suitable sojourn and period,
being already able to feel the atmosphere of their "Cultural
Sojourn".
Whoever
wouldn't know or would be uncertain about the subjects, can
choose among those programs which were already realised by our
organisation. In this case, as we never provide standard sojourns,
those programs would be changed and personalised with the help
of our staff, during several meetings or by means of several
e-mail communications with our Guest, in order to get to the
definition of the whole project.
Our
organisation will arrange everything for the sojourn: the bookings,
the visits, the shifts, the lodgings and, above all, the lectures,
the cultural meetings, the courses and every cultural activity
that could take place in the hotels, where the Guests would
stay, or outside, and that would be the real and fundamental
reason of the sojourn.
In
order to offer our Guests the best transparency and a further
opportunity to save money, we will not act as intermediary.
We prefer that our Guests make their payments dealing directly
with the tourist operators (hotels, museums, travel agencies,
etc.). Our company will cash exclusively what is due about its
cultural and didactical activities, without the increase of
price that an intermediary service would require but that we
don't want to fulfil, because it is not our job and because,
above all, it would put the cultural and didactical activities
in the background, while they must be considered the most important
mission of our organisation.
Everything
we will plan and organise will be transparent, in order to let
our Guests free to apply themselves to culture.
