Learning
a language or, in general, studying something, can be more rewarding
if you can practice your new competences in some real situations
that allow you to use immediately your own peculiarities, that
are often left unused during a theoretic course.
But
often these training activities can have a scant result because:
- Often
the host companies aren't able to provide you with a suitable
staff, in order to help you to complete your study and to
practice what you learnt during your theoretic course.
- Usually
the stage participants have to perform scantily interesting
duties of low level that, on the contrary, are suggested by
the host company in order to spare resources and to allow
its staff to perform more rewarding duties.
- Often
the operative field of the host company doesn't correspond
to the student's interests and usually there aren't collaborations
or coordinate relations between schools, universities and
companies that offer stage opportunities.

The Media Section of Programma Italiano - ISU MEDIA - makes
communication and publishing activities. So it's possible to
attend a period of stage in the field of research and application
of the cultural communication. You could be part of the editorial
staff of our web sites, or attend our internet broadcasting,
or take part in our lectures and conferences.

The
"Prospettiva Italiana" project
With this project we provide an intense collaboration between
our institute and the foreign universities. It's based on a
method that realizes the needed teaching continuity with the
universities where the students come from. We provide the students
with activities of study and research at our institute and with
training activities (stages) at an agency that we expressly
will create in collaboration with the university, or the school,
where the students come from. These "agencies for the cultural
exchange" act, on the responsibility of Programma Italiano,
as cultural promoters and logistic assistants for what concerns
the cultural exchanges, the travels and the stays in Italy of
students and staff coming from foreign universities. Besides
the jobs of these agencies are: to promote in Italy the students'
foreign university and to find real opportunities of making
training activities for its students. With the exception of
the persons in charge of Programma Italiano, the working staff
of these agencies must be completely and exclusively made up
of the students of the foreign university, so that they have
to work to get a real target. This is a real personalized stage!

able to offer suitable stages for foreign students, according
to the kind of course that they attended in Programma Italiano
and to their interests. We want to point out that this search
takes a lot of time and that every different country has different
regulations and laws about working in stages. That's why we

in advance.
