We think that "well begun is half done". That's why our procedure to get a personalised Italian course's proposal must be exactly, completely and, above all, carefully observed from the beginning to the end.

The request for a proposal is free and doesn't bind the appliers.

You don't need to enrol or pay in advance (except when the payments for the insurance and/or the course are requested in advance by the Italian Diplomatic Missions, in order to get a student VISA).

Our procedure doesn't run automatically: the Head of our Public Relations Office answers and organises the proposed course, in collaboration with the Head of our Teaching Department and under the Director's supervision.

Therefore, if you want to apply for a personalised proposal, please observe the following instructions.

1. Click here and find our questionnaire: you can complete the blanks and return it or, if you have some difficulties to do it, you can send us an e-mail with a similar, short list of requests and with your main private data.
2. Programma Italiano answers you by sending a first proposal by e-mail.
3. Read our first proposal, add the requested information and correct where and when it is needed. You can also indicate some changes or further requests, if you have different needs.
4. Return the first proposal completed, by e-mail.
5. Programma Italiano sends you the final proposal by e-mail. It is free and not yet binding.
6. Send us an e-mail where you confirm that you received the final proposal and that you accept it.
7. Within 15 days before your course's start, Programma Italiano sends you the Invitation Card, by e-mail. This document has the purpose to inform and give you every detail about the first and welcoming day of your course, our addresses and phone numbers, our photos, in order to recognise and meet us and, finally, it gives you some useful information to make your stay in Italy safe and happy.
8. During the first day of your course, the Director and the Teaching Staff of Programma Italiano welcome you. Then you have to sit for the Entrance Test. After this, the beginning ceremony goes on with the signatures on the enrolment contracts and the settlement of the payment.
